Plenty, in fact. But let’s focus on two ideas: decisiveness and Innovation.
My name is Michael Davis-Burchat. If you, like me, are involved with the idea and practices of Innovation, then welcome. Like many who work in the community-of-practice called Design Thinking, I beleive that the process of discovery should be human-centered, reliable, and repeatable. What seems more elusive though, is the work of helping an incumbent to implement change-making mechanisms before a more nimble rival forces them to.
I aim to learn what makes decision-making difficult, for teams that face difficult circumstances. Above all, I am interested in how these investigations live in your mind, and in the reactions that they provoke.
